If your printer is faulty, you must follow these steps :
- Contact the support, informing your problem and your decision to return it
- Fill and complete this form as soon as the support has written you back
- Put back carefully the printer inside its original box, then put it in a bigger and protected box with the form you filled with the information needed
- Write the following address on the box :
