As a result of this trend, every restaurants should nowadays have its own website and should be on popular take away plateforms such as Uber Eats, Deliveroo, Just Eat ...
Restaurants' owners have to adapt and find solutions to prepare these order in a timely manner.
Some of these plateforms require you to accept take away orders through a tablet or an app. If you are on more than one plateforms, it means you could have several tablets or printers to be able to prepare all your food delivery orders. And it is not practical at all.

HubRise : connect all your food delivery platforms in one place
To centralize and connect your website and your accounts to food delivery plateforms (Deliveroo, Uber Eats, Just Eat and more), an external integration solution is compulsory.
Monthly subscription fees
HubRise is one of the official integration solution to Deliveroo, Just Eat and Uber Eats. The monthly subscription fees are 25€ per month, without any installment fees.
The monthly fee includes an illimited number of orders, apps or solutions connected to Hubrise. There is a free subscription offered if you have less than 50 orders per month.
Compatibility with our Printer Server
When a client orders on Just Eat for example, HubRise is going to take all the information about this order from the food delivery plateform. Then the Cloud Printer Server will automatically collect these information from HubRise and will transmit them to the printer through the internet connection.
This process doesn't require you to have any computer or tablet, nor any IT skills as everything is done through the cloud.
In one click only, you can parameter the Expedy Print dashboard to accept all orders from all your plateforms so that receipts will be printed without your intervention at all. Indeed, the Printer Server can print all new orders and change their status to "accepted" on HubRise and the food delivery plateforms. It's very convenient when your restaurant is very busy.

Compatible printers with HubRise from Expedy Print
You can order on our website Printer-Point two printers especially dedicated to multi food delivery plateforms and compatible with the HubRise solution :
Both use traditionnal thermal printer paper (58mm or 80mm) that can also be used for your other receipts.
We recommand the Cloud Printer 80mm for restaurants because larger receipts are easier to read when there are many options and items, therefore everything is clearer when you need to prepare and check each order.
The 80mm printer is also faster, thanks to its 250mm/s speed whereas it is only 120mm/s for the 58mm version.

How to connect the printer to HubRise
To connect your HubRise account to the Cloud Printer :
- Connect yourself to your EXPEDY account https://www.expedy.fr/console,
- Go to the "Printer" section
- Choose your printer among those connected to your Expedy account (you can have more than one printer)
- Click on "Connect my Printer to my HubRise account"
- Then follow the authentification process on HubRise
